Royal Mail Special Delivery' option is a guaranteed next day service ( Monday - Saturday excl Bank Holidays). Royal Mail Special Delivery will be delivered the next day between 9am - 1pm..If your order does not arrive the next day before 1pm you are entitled to a refund. Use this option for Saturday deliveries Your must be available to sign for the goods between these times otherwise a card will be left for you to contact the local depot to rearrange delivery.

Interlink Express and UPS are our preferred 24 hour courier services (Monday - Friday) but this is not a guaranteed service. On the rare occasion Interlink Express/UPS cannot deliver the next day we cannot be held liable and no refund can be requested for the delivery charges. Interlink Express/UPS will deliver between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (excl. Bank Holidays). Your must be available to sign for the goods between these times otherwise a card will be left for you to contact the local depot to rearrange delivery.

Please be advised we need to receive your order before 3pm to guarantee same day shipping for next day delivery.

Orders received on a Friday to be delivered by the 'Courier' option will normally be dispatched on the Monday for delivery Tuesday. We do not advise sending the balloons on Friday for a Monday delivery as they will be sitting in the courier's warehouse all weekend and this increases the risk of damage. If you still wish to have the balloons delivered on a Monday please advise using the 'comments' box during 'checkout'.
