Whenever you order from Walking Pet Balloons, we put in the best care, attention and effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Helium balloons

Unfortunately as helium filled balloons are perishable and personalised products we cannot accept returns on our balloons once they have been filled with Helium (under the UK Distance Selling Regulations (2000)).

However, in exceptional circumstances we will offer a refund or a replacement for your order. If for any reason there was a problem with your order or your balloons arrived in poor condition, please contact us immediately through our fast response 'Contact Form' located on the Contact Us page.

Other Products

On all other products ordered we offer a 7 day 'cooling off' period where you may decide to return the goods ordered, unused in their original packaging. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.

In the unusual circumstance that a product is delivered that is faulty or incorrect and you wish to return your order within 7 days of receipt, please contact us immediately through our fast response 'Contact Form' located on the Contact Us page.

We will investigate your complaint within 3 working days and wherever possible will try to resolve all complaints within 5 working days.

Please note:

When you contact us to arrange a return you will be reminded of your order number (should the need be). This number should be clearly quoted on the returned package, and the package must be returned within a further 30 days of contacting Walking Pet Balloons.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging, and in an unused condition We recommend sending the items by Recorded Delivery or another method which provides proof of posting. If the items are not received by us and you have no proof of postage, we will not be able to offer any refund or dispatch replacement items.
